Warranty: Lifetime Warranty (Limited) All repair must be accompanied by a copy of the original sales receipt. This does not cover deterioration of any part due to normal wear and tear items such as: drum heads, metal cymbal, replaceable playing surfaces, finishes, etc, abuse or misuse. All wear and tear items are not covered under this warranty. Any damage incurred during customer replacement is the sole responsibility of the customer. Customer alteration, modification, dis-assembly, removal or tampering of any Field Electronic Drums Product will void the warranty. All electronic components of the drums are guaranteed for the duration of the warranty to the original owner. Field Electronic Drums reserves the right to evaluate and approve any product returned for repair or replacement and shipment must be properly packaged and shipped to Field Electronic Drums for evaluation. No shipments will be accepted without a return authorization number (RMA#) printed clearly on the package. Field Electronic Drums is not responsible for any return shipping fees. Field Electronic Drums must be able to duplicate the problem with any product that is returned for service that the customer has determined is not functioning to Field Electronic Drums specifications. Any product that is evaluated by Field Electronic Drums may be subject to additional charges. *Cymbals that are cracked or bent due to abuse or mishandling will not be covered by Field Electronic Drums.

Production Lead Times: Build times can vary depending on quantity and complexity. For large quantity drum and cymbal orders, additional building time will be required. Any production lead times quoted are based on averages and actual production time may vary significantly. Customers will be notified when their product is ready to be shipped.
Custom Product Policy: All Field Electronic Drums products including drums and cymbals are considered custom items. Each product is custom hand built per each customers order and no two drums or cymbals are identical, thus making them custom items.
Returns or Exchange: Only cymbals will be considered for refund or exchange. Cymbal refunds or order cancellations after product building has been initiated or completed are subject to 25% restocking fee. Refunds are not allowed after 7 days of receiving the item only exchanges will be considered. Items must be in flawless resell-able condition, items with stick marks or blemishes will not be accepted. Custom drums are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Shipping Policy: All product purchases must be shipped to the buyers physical billing address with direct customer delivery signature, no exceptions. We do not ship to PO boxes or separate addresses unless product is paid for by money/bank transfer or by cash. All shipments must have tracking numbers and signed signature confirmation by the original buyer only. Any Customs and/or Duty fees for the specific country and/or region is the responsibility of the customer. Field Electronic Drums is not responsible for any Duties or Customs fees.
Field Electronic Drums makes no warranties either expressed or implied other than our product limited lifetime guarantee.
* Any product that has been discontinued, modified, upgraded, improved or replaced with newer technology by Field Electronic Drums may or may not be able to be repaired or replaced to original specification due to replacement parts that are no longer available to, or manufactured for Field Electronic Drums. Under these circumstances Field Electronic Drums will provide customer of optional repair, replacement, improvement or upgrade services. Optional repair, replacement, improvement or upgrade services which are available may be subject to additional charges.
