We are very excited to officially announce the first Pre-Sale opportunity to order our all new and upgraded 2019 product lines.
THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:
We have new products, a new facility and a new website that we will be updating with content and tutorials in the coming months.
This exclusive Pre-Sale opportunity will only be offered for a short time before our official public launch announcement in 2019. Don’t wait, there is a limited amount of orders we are accepting before we close each Pre-Sale Round. This will allow us to take a group of orders and process them all at once. We will be taking orders on a first come first serve basis until each round of orders has been filled.
1. PRE-SALE ROUND ONE: This Pre-Sale the first opportunity and absolute fastest way to order our all new latest and greatest products. Once Round 1 orders are full we will begin our manufacturing ramp up and production of the first group of orders. Be the first in line to get your cymbals before we release them to the general public!
2. PRE-SALE ROUND TWO: This is for everyone who did not make it into our Pre-Sale Round 1. We do not know exactly how long each round will take to complete but we estimate that Pre-Sale Round 1 orders will begin shipping roughly 60 days after Round 1 has closed. During this time we will also begin filming product videos for tutorials and performance examples for those of you waiting to see some examples and tutorials.

***PRE-SALE SHIPPING***
ALL SHIPPING COSTS NEEDS TO BE PAID PRIOR TO SHIPPING ITEMS.
In order to give our customers the cheapest shipping prices possible, ALL SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE DETERMINED once the products are boxed, weighed, and ready to be shipped. We use standard ground shipping rates.
***RETURN / REFUND POLICY***
Because these products are custom made-to-order for each customer and are not kept in stock, cymbal refunds or order cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking fee. This restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Refunds will not be allowed after 5 days of receiving the item(s). Returns must be in flawless resell-able condition. See our warranty/policy page for further information.
***PRODUCTION TIMES***
Due to the nature of the Pre-Sale, production times will vary and we can only estimate around 60 minimum days before orders start shipping out once a Pre-Sale Round has been filled and closed.
